Pricing

All prices are in Euro's, however payment can be received either in euro or US dollar (in that case your total will go through PayPal currency calculator).
Please contact me if you wish to pay in dollars.


Pre-Order

Some items have a Pre-Order notice in the description. That means the item is most likely not in sotck and will be ordered specifically for you upon purchase.
Waiting time is usually between 1 and 2,5 weeks depending on the item, so please inquire before purchasing if you have a deadline to meet.


Order through Forums

I'm active on Den of Angels under St.Lunatic, and it's possible to place an order via forum by sending me a message there.
However, orders placed through site will be handeled first.


Customs (Australian buyers please take a note!)

If your country has very strict customs and rules about import/export of organic items, like the Australian customs, filled medicine and witchcraft bottles will be shipped at your own risk.
If the customs will pick out your package for inspection there is a chance they will mark the bottle contents as 'unidentified organic life' and treat it as hazardous. In other words, they will destroy it. It has already happened, they have mistaken salt for...(?)

Almost all of the vials/bottles can be purchased EMPTY. So they would arrive safely & you can fill them at home.
Please inform about possibility before or during the order.


Payment

Right now the only two ways you can pay is by PayPal and bank transfer.
Bank transfer is preferred (only available for Europe), and must be received in Euro's.
PayPal is for the rest of the world, and must be payed in dollars or euro's no matter where you're from.
Options regarding PayPal fees:
Option 1: All normal invoices will include 4% for pp-fees for each transaction.
Option 1: you can choose 'personal' in payment tab and select that you will pay the pp-fees.

If you want to pay other way please contact me before purchasing anything.
I do not work with money orders or checks of any kind.

If an item is not available for any reasons, I'll contact you about it with options.
Payment must be received within 3 days after the invoice, if not noted otherwise. If no payment has been recieved I will contact you with a reminder, if payment or a reply hasn't been received within 5 days the order will be canceled without further notice.
You can't cancel your order after the payment has been received.


Shipment

I SHIP WORLDWIDE

The shipping costs will be established on the hand of the weight of your parcel.
All the items will be shipped within 5 days after receiving the payment, except if noted otherwise.

I'm located in Finland and I use local shipping services, so if you're located in United States please do not expect to get the package the next day.

Buyer pays actual postage rates + costs envelope + packaging material if any.
The buyer will get the choice of picking shipping method he/she prefers.
For shipping fee quotes prior to buying please contact me and include in the message the items of interest and the country you're from - NOT your postal code, city or state, as shipping here are based on the country and not locations within countries.

Shipping choices:
Priority - cheapest, at buyer's own risk as it has no tracking or insurance (shipping declaration traces!)
Registered - sign-for-mail, with shipping number (can be traced online in some countries)
Insured (NOT AVAILABLE TO USA) - sign-for-mail, insured and with shipping number (can't be traced online)


Return Policy

I do not accept returns so please contact me with any questions before buying.
Exceptions that can be discussed:
-a fragile item got damaged by poor wrapping (registered mail only!)-
-an item has unseen/unmentioned large factory defects-
-you received wrong item-
-the item you bought has been grossly misrepresented-

In case of exception I will replace the item if possible (non OOAK). If I can't replace it you'll get store credit or money refund. This doesn't include shipping costs.


eBay

All of the items can be placed on privat eBay auction for you, if desired.
(For reasons such as feedback or for the ones who are afraid of buying directly from the site).
By choosing the eBay option the buyer agrees to pay ALL eBay fees, including final value fee.
